Fall Gymnastics

Classes begin the week of October 21st.

Gymnastics teaches many transferable skills for both your child’s mental and physical health. Gymnastics builds strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance, increasing self-esteem, building social skills, learning to make positive choices, and respecting others in their lives. Classes are available for children of all ages from 6 months to 18 years old. The session will run for 8 weeks.

All classes are held at the Quonset Hut/King George Gymnastics Center located at 9100 St. Anthony’s Road behind the School Board office. Park in the side lot across the street from St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
