[ARCHIVED] Single Vehicle into a Residential Structure - Jackson DR

On February 16, 2020 at 19:44 Hrs, Units were dispatched to a home on Jackson DR for a vehicle into the structure.  On arrival found a single vehicle into the garage area of the residence with structural damage.  Crews found all occupants had evacuated the structure and the vehicle driver was still inside the vehicle, but not trapped.  M1 assessed the occupant which was transported to the hospital for evaluation priority 3.  Rescue 1’s crew assessed the structure and isolated the areas of concern with danger tape and power was secured at the breaker for the garage area.  After removal of the vehicle, crews assisted with placing a temporary support on the damage area to stabilize the structure until a contractor further secure.  The homeowner was advised not to enter the areas taped off with danger tape and that the building official would be notified of the damage and to obtain the proper permit before making repairs. Units cleared the scene at 21:39 Hrs.
