On March 13, 2020 at 15:27 Hrs, Units were dispatched for a two vehicle MVC involving a motorcycle, with one down and lying in the road. BC1 arrived on scene to find a motorcycle down, with its rider lying in the roadway. Two subjects in the passenger car involved both denied injury and evaluation by EMS. The driver of the motorcycle was packaged and transported via POV. Scene turned over to KGSO and units cleared at 15:58 Hrs
