On June 04, 2019 @ 09:22 hrs, Units were dispatched for a 3 vehicle MVA ITA of 14000 Block of Dahlgren RD. Units arrived to find two passenger vehicles and a box truck involved, all with heavy damage. Driver of minivan c/o injuries and was assigned to Medic 28 for treatment and transport. The driver of the small pickup was denying to be evaluated by EMS. The box truck driver was uninjured and denying EMS. Units cleaned several fluid leaks and debris from roadway before turning the scene over to LE.
