The Emergency Needs Database, also known as the Marcus Alert, provides residents and businesses the opportunity to voluntarily provide information to emergency services agencies concerning individuals with special needs. Should an emergency occur, our emergency services responders will be better able to serve them. The information collected is only shared with emergency services agencies and is not disclosed to the public. This form will need to be resubmitted every year.
Date of Birth is mandatory if the medical information being provided is for a juvenile. Per law, such information will be removed upon the person reaching the age of 18, unless the individual requests it to be retained in the database.
Ex: mother, father, sibling, guardian, friend, keyholder, owner, etc.
